Robyne D. LaGrotta – Experienced Parsippany Attorney

As a licensed attorney in private practice and a retired Certified Public Accountant, I am proud to have been helping clients with their legal needs for more than 28 years.

Education and Experience

I earned my Juris Doctor (law) degree in 1988 from Seton Hall University School of Law in South Orange, NJ, graduating Summa Cum Laude, 2nd in my class of 350 graduates.

I established LaGrotta Law, LLC in 2008 to help NJ residents with a range of civil and commercial litigation matters as well as estate planning and real estate advice and services. Prior to establishing my firm, I was an Associate with Casha & Casha, LLC from 2004-2008, an Associate with Binder Goldstein from 2001-2004, and a Partner in LaGrotta & Roper from 1989-2001.

My experience as a retired Certified Public Accountant is valuable when I’m working with estate and trust administration clients. There are numerous complexities surrounding required tax returns and fillings for trusts and estates; knowing your attorney has both the legal and accounting know-how can provide the peace of mind you need so you don’t have to worry about missteps in the process.

Associations, Memberships and Community Involvement

I am licensed to practice law in NJ, and have been an active member of the state bar in good standing since 1988.

I’m also a member of both the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Morris County Bar Association.

Since 2014, I have also been involved as a presenter for the Step by Step Real Estate workshops. My work helping clients with real estate law was also recognized in 2016 when I earned a Certificate of Acknowledgement from the Housing Partnership for Morris County, NJ.
